Each brochure includes a free DVD, is wafer sealed and bulk shipped in convenient cartons. This is our actual cost of your brochure printing. No development costs or mark-ups are in these prices. State specific lists of practicing neurologists are available for a fee from www.aan.com. We also will do the initial mailing for you at our cost (example: $4.05 postage for six mailed first class in one envelope plus handling). Any future requests for brochures that ALS-Link.org receives from your state(s) will be forwarded to you for you to have mailed out. Our first mailing was six brochures including the video DVD to 2,147 practicing neurologists in nine Southeastern states for them to give to their present and/or future ALS patients.
